The Year of the Ox is about persistence, moving along in a deliberate manner. In this year of recession, it’s right in line with what is needed. Not a time to be taking risks, or starting new things. Take some time to see what you want to let go of, and what you want to bring in.

Wow, 2009 is here! I was hoping to start our classes today, but I have 3 weeks of gigs away from Portland, so it looks like we will be easing into the New Year. So far, the Renewal Class is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM. Then, we have a tentative Yoga class at 10 AM, taught by Susan Banyas. There is a sacred dance community meeting coming up.

We have a beautiful screen and projector installed in the studio. I am looking forward to showing videos and having discussion groups afterwards.
