Take some time to let yourself tune into the back side of your body. Laying down really helps.
Allow yourself to soften, and let Mother Earth hold you. Let gravity in. Surrender. Breathe. Allow yourself to feel supported. You don’t need to do anything.
When you are ready, come back to a vertical perspective. Sitting, standing, walking. Look around. Let your eyes relax, and imagine that they are receding into the back of your head. So you are moving into a much more peripheral perspective. You can see more. Allow the images and sensations to come in.
Then just follow your experience.
